• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real balance once the applicable conditions are met.
• Any attempt to use a bonus more than once will result in that bonus being cancelled.

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — including arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or similar practices — all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be permanently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ffbd esports:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using ffbd esports for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to ffbd esports systems.
• Impersonating another user or engaging in identity fraud.

All content on the ffbd esports platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and data — is the property of ffbd esports or its licensors and is protected under copyright law.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any ffbd esports content without prior authorization. Viewing and reading content for personal use is permitted.

Ffbd esports is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or transactions left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with a user's own device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.

In all circumstances, ffbd esports' maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. ffbd esports is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Ffbd esports reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Where evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• Where false information is provided during the KYC verification process.
• Under the direction of a legal authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of these terms.
